Relish

The pleasures that

my eyes relish

in every moment

of our meeting

is simply abstruse.

To know that

you will invariably be there

with your candied beam,

smiling radiantly

as I walk into our home

at every sundown,

turn my gloomy morning

into a bright windy evening.

Like a wilted flower

in the heat of wild summer,

blossoming in the

wake of rainfall;

your singsong greetings,

bequeath warmth to

my cold soul;

splashing sunray to

my dusky dawn.

and dear you,

let those

glittering smile of yours

keep painting

my monotonous world

with colors of rainbow.
